FOCUS 09 Presentation Template
 To maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the conference, speakers must create their presentations using the official FOCUS 09 PowerPoint Template. Presentations produced in other formats will not be accepted.

To download a presentation template, click on the image below.



Be sure to name your presentation using the following items in the following order:
• The day of the week you are speaking*
• The track in which you are speaking*
• What time in military time you are speaking*
• Your company name
• Your last name

Here is an example of what a file name might look like:
Wed_TR3_1400_McAfee_Smith.ppt

This naming convention will help us accurately manage your presentation and ensure its delivery to the correct room at the correct time.

Session Room Setup
Each session room will be set up with a podium, microphone, screen, projector and laptop computer loaded with Windows XP or Vista and Microsoft Office. Other computer systems, such as Macintosh, will not be available. There will be one Internet connection per room. Your presentation will be preloaded on the computer in your session room. Rooms will be set in a style that accommodates the maximum number of attendees. You should plan on a room seating anywhere from 120 to 260 people.

If you have requests for additional items, such as flip charts, pens, or an overhead projector, please contact Tissa Richards at 866.925.5707 or speakers@mcafee.com. If you plan to show a video, please make sure you have it on a DVD. DVD will be the only video playback method provided.

Speaker Ready Room
A speaker ready room equipped with A/V and computer equipment identical to the actual session rooms will be available so you can test and rehearse your presentation. Be sure to take advantage of this valuable speaker resource.

Thursday, October 8 8:00 am - 8:30 am

Availability of Presentations
After the conference, presentations will be accessible to conference attendees in a password-protected area on the FOCUS web site. Please note that hard copies will not be made available on-site. Please let Tissa Richards know if your presentation cannot be posted to this password-protected site (speakers@mcafee.com).
