What is included in conference registration?
As a full-conference attendee, you'll have unlimited access to:

What is included in Expo-Only registration?

As an Expo-Only attendee, you'll have access to activities and events held within the Expo Hall from October 18 through October 20, including all Solutions Expo hours and the Welcome Reception on Tuesday night.
Please note: Expo-Only pass holders will not be granted access to general sessions, track breakouts, Thursday night's final evening event, or any other activities or meetings held outside of the Sponsor Expo.

What is the payment policy?

Acceptable methods of payment include money order (U.S. funds only), check, purchase order, wire transfer, or credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa). Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

What is the cancellation / substitution policy?

A $200 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between April 15 and July 31, 2011. A $400 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between August 1 and October 1, 2011. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after October 1, 2011. If you have registered for FOCUS 11 but are unable to attend, you may substitute another employee from your company once at no additional charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing at registration@mcafeefocus.com.

* The FOCUS money back guarantee refund applies to the conference registration fee. Travel expenses, sponsorship costs, and other miscellaneous fees will not be reimbursed. Offer ends November 1, 2011. Any refund requests made after November 1, 2011 will be deemed invalid.
