What is included in conference registration?
As a full-conference attendee, you'll have unlimited access to:

What is included in the One-Day Pass?
If your schedule doesn't allow you to take advantage of the entire conference, the FOCUS One-Day Pass ($550) will enable you to attend one of the three program days: Wednesday, October 7; Thursday, October 8; or Friday, October 9. Each One-Day Pass includes the following:
– Admittance to the daily sessions (general session, breakout sessions, etc.) on
   your selected day
– Entry into the Sponsors Expo on your selected day (Wed. or Thu. only)
– Continental breakfast and buffet lunch on the day of your pass
– Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks on the day of your pass
– Any evening events scheduled on your selected day
– FOCUS conference materials and collectibles distributed on the day of your pass

Please note: You may sign up for only one of the three days.

What is the cancellation / substitution policy?
A $200 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between May 15 and July 10, 2009. A $400 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations received between July 11 and September 25, 2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after September 25, 2009. If you have registered for FOCUS 09 but are unable to attend, you may substitute another employee from your company once at no additional charge. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing at registration@mcafeefocus.com.

* The FOCUS money back guarantee refund applies to the conference registration fee. Travel expenses, sponsorship costs, and other miscellaneous fees will not be reimbursed. Offer ends October 31, 2009. Any refund requests made after October 31, 2009 will be deemed invalid.
